Pr\u00e9sentation et pr\u00e9paration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LA COURSE\u00a0: LE GRAND RAID DES\u00a0PYR\u00c9N\u00c9ES\u00a0HIVER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0Grand Raid des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es, cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2008,\u00a0est une course d\u2019ultra-fond\u00a0qui se d\u00e9cline en trois courses. Le tour des lacs\u00a0: 80km et 5000D+, le tour des Cirques\u00a0: 120km et 7000D+ et l\u2019Ultra\u00a0: 160km et 10000D+. Voici le lien de la course pour ceux qui veulent approfondir le sujet : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandraidpyrenees.com\/\">Grand Raid des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es\u00a0<\/a>hiver<\/p>\n<p>Nouveaut\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e et pour notre plus grand plaisir, l\u2019organisation \u00e0 eu la bonne id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er une version hiver du Grand Raid des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es. Elle aussi sera d\u00e9clin\u00e9e en trois courses\u00a0: 10km et 700D+, 20km et 1400D+ et un 30km et 2000D+. Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du Grand Raid des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es hiver aura lieu le 12 mars 2017 avec un d\u00e9part donn\u00e9 sur le Pla d\u2019Adet dans la station de Saint Lary Soulan aux alentours de 6h30.<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rents trac\u00e9s seront d\u00e9voil\u00e9s la veille de la course par s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Nous sommes dans une station de ski, ne l\u2019oublions pas. Une barri\u00e8re horaire est impos\u00e9e par l\u2019organisation. Les participants du 10 km auront au maximum 3h pour r\u00e9aliser leur boucle, 5h30 pour ceux du 20k et 7h pour ceux du 30k. Pour ce qui est des ravitaillements, les participants du 20 km auront le droit de se restaurer au kilom\u00e8tre 13 apr\u00e8s avoir gravi 1000 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif. Elles seront deux sur le 10km\u00a0: Florence Michon et Marie Reine et nous serons onze sur le 20km\u00a0: Clarisse Leblond, Julien Falguieres, Romuald Praud, Frederic Mazoyer, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Michon, Michel V D K, Fran\u00e7oise Barbereau, Sylvie Jezequel, F X, Philippe Rousseau,et Jonatan Michon.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019inscription, plusieurs questions se sont pos\u00e9es. Comment se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 avaler autant de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9\u00a0alors que l\u2019on habite en bord de mer ? Quel mat\u00e9riel\u00a0utiliser le jour J ? L\u2019eau de mon camelbak va-t-elle geler\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est de la pr\u00e9paration physique, chacun d\u2019entre nous l\u2019a concoct\u00e9 \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on mais en gros avec les m\u00eames ingr\u00e9dients. Du fractionn\u00e9 en c\u00f4tes, des sorties au seuil, des sorties longues, un peu de piste et pour la plupart d\u2019entre nous le XTrail de Saint Jean de Monts en guise de course pr\u00e9paratoire.\u00a0: <a href=\"http:\/\/joggingloisirbretignollais.com\/?p=27009\">Une vague de rose sur le XTrail de Saint-Jean-de-Monts<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Est venue ensuite la question du mat\u00e9riel. L\u2019organisation nous a list\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de mat\u00e9riel obligatoire pour la course\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un gobelet personnel pour boire les liquides (eau, coca et soupe) aux ravitaillements<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-33925 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/joggingloisirbretignollais.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/12789894_10208125611115164_690431771_o-300x247.jpg\" alt=\"12789894_10208125611115164_690431771_o\" width=\"401\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/joggingloisirbretignollais.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/12789894_10208125611115164_690431771_o-300x247.jpg 300w, https:\/\/joggingloisirbretignollais.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/12789894_10208125611115164_690431771_o-1243x1024.jpg 1243w, https:\/\/joggingloisirbretignollais.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/12789894_10208125611115164_690431771_o.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 401px) 100vw, 401px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Une r\u00e9serve d\u2019eau minimum de un litre pour le 20 et 30k et de 0.5 litre pour le 10k<\/li>\n<li>Une r\u00e9serve alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>Une couverture de survie de 2m\u00b2 minimum<\/li>\n<li>Un sifflet<\/li>\n<li>Un bonnet<\/li>\n<li>Une veste imperm\u00e9able et respirante<\/li>\n<li>Un v\u00eatement chaud \u00e0 manches longues (les bras et les jambes doivent \u00eatre int\u00e9gralement couverts pendant la dur\u00e9e de la course)<\/li>\n<li>Des gants<\/li>\n<li>Des lunettes de protection solaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir rassembl\u00e9 tout ce mat\u00e9riel, ils ne nous reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 compl\u00e9ter avec les chaussures Trail, on ne va bien \u00e9videmment pas s\u2019amuser \u00e0 courir pieds nus\u2026 et \u00e9ventuellement des b\u00e2tons, des crampons, des gu\u00eatres et une petite lampe frontale pour le d\u00e9but de la course. Fera t-il encore nuit\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019histoire de l\u2019eau qui g\u00e8le dans le camelbak, j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 un petit coup de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 un tr\u00e8s bon ami qui habite Qu\u00e9bec. Le gars, il sait ce que c\u2019est le froid et de plus il pratique de nombreux sports d\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Selon son conseil, pour ne pas voir notre eau geler, deux solutions s\u2019offrent \u00e0 nous. Si l\u2019on opte pour le camelbak, la technique consiste simplement \u00e0 mettre le sac et le tuyau sous la veste, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre chaleur corporelle, l\u2019eau ne g\u00e8lera pas. Si on opte pour des gourdes, l\u2019astuce est de les mettre \u00e0 l\u2019envers. Dans un premier temps, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o. A 2000 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude, une temp\u00eate de neige ou un beau soleil, vous imaginez bien que ce n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame histoire.
